Cape Coral Housing Development Corporation relies on state and federal grants, private donations from individuals and corporations, and fundraising to accomplish its missions.  The agency’s main partner and grant maker is the City of Cape Coral.

SHIP (State Housing Initiative Program) Annual Application

CDBG (Federal Community Development Block Grant) Annual Application

NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program)

Private Funds – Are you looking for a Charitable Tax Deduction?

It is VITAL to our future to search other avenues of support. Often times,
local lenders will donate to our agency in support of the Homebuyer
Education Workshop. However, if you are interested in making a tax
deductible donation to help make a “Dream Come True”  for one of our
Cape Coral residents, we do accept private charitable donations of any amount.
